He claimed that he and his party had located the residence
of the so-called "Emerald Child Murderer",
Gordon Kreskin, Psionicist and Wanted Felon
to be at 16 Sunflower Lane, Upper Quarter.
He asked if he and his group could be issued with a Search Warrant
to enter the
premises.
I asked him if they had sighted Mr Kreskin on the premises.
He said no.
So I informed him that I could not legally issue a Deputized Investigatory
Agent a Search Warrant, and further told him
that if he wished to investigate further, such a warrant could be issued
should evidence of Mr Kreskin's presence at the address be confirmed.
Mr Wong left.

He claimed that his group had located the Wanted Alleged Murderer
Gordon Kreskin, Human Psionicist at 16 Sunflower Lane, Upper Quarter.
He was also worried that
his associate Herb Skunkhead, Human Pyromanic (Temple Fighter of Hob),
was planning to set the residence on fire, and
"Could we please hurry".
A patrol was assembled and dispatched:
Myself, Private Simon Ewing, Private Jeanine Sudbury,
Private Samuel Ingot and Private Gary Allcocks.
I requested magical and priestly support but there was none available.
We proceeded to Mr Kreskin's residence with all due and necessary haste.
Mr Skunkhead was off to one side and under cover, wounded with three arrow wounds.
Next to him was Gavin Scone, Human Fighter, carrying an
olfactory-offensive weapon.
Flung's other associates, who were invisible, made themselves known to me:
Polly
Ester, Human Bard, and Mel Licious, Dwarf Psionicist.
Both Miss Ester and Mr Licious reported upon sighting Mr Kreskin within
the building "through the windows". They had also sighted other
heavily armoured men within.
There was minor fire damage to the building.
Taking command of the situation,
I asked the invisible Miss Ester to move behind the building to watch
for any retreat, while the rest of the patrol, and the other members
of Mr Wong's group, arranged ourselves for an assault.
I then called upon the occupants of the residence to surrender
stating that Mr Kreskin was
under arrest for the crime of Murder, and that from this moment on,
association with him was considered Aiding and Abetting a Felon
(Kingdom of Spite, Summary Proceedings Act, 13490AC)
There was no answer. So we proceeded to the front door.
