Gazebo to Zibrost

The Camp Evil party heads from Noah to Gazebo leaving Butt's gorgeous orc wife in the tender hands of the IMAG temple in Noah. Helen's temple (Malechai) is about to consecrate a new temple to the god of hate in Gazebo, so the party must escort the Malechai priest and two acolytes from Noah to Gazebo.

This trip is pretty much uneventful. Though they do meet up with a bunch of goody-two-shoes REAL paladins and accompanying priests. There is a minor skirmish in Fresnel and Steamier but nothing comes of it.

At Gazebo, construction of the new Malechai temple is well underway, but the REAL priests use their influence on the Gazebo council to stop the consecration with the threat that if it goes ahead, the filthy Malechais will be driven out of town on a rail.

The party are given the tricky job of fixing this, and attempting to sway the council's votes. But after three messy and brutal assassinations done by Helen and Metro, the party flees town and heads for Zibrost.

So much for that job.

The Camp Evil party meet up with a merchant caravan in Grezbo which needs escorts to get it over the dangerous Hymer Saddle and onto Zibrost. Why a caravan owner would trust his life and his goods to a bunch of evil bastards (Priest of Darkness, Temple Fighter of Hate, and Priest of War) is anyone's guess; nevertheless, he does and the Camp Evil party get the job.

There is a skirmish with some bandits just after passing through the little hamlet of Hymer Saddle. Butt is damaged badly and zonked (severely unconscious). This turns out to be quite serendipitous, actually, because he was unconscious when the party encountered a Shield Maiden patrol on the Zibrost plains. They arrive safely, with the caravan unscathed, into Zibrost.

A successful job.
