Level 4-5 characters hired by Real to investigate the disappearance of a group of Real followers on the annual trip to the tomb of St. Lumen. All disappeared except for one survivor who is now quite mad. He had a journal ...

The first investigation team also disappeared in entirety.

So the brave party was assembled: Bjorn Idle, Temple Fighter-Methuselah, Sir Reynold Turner, Temple Fighter-Real, and Rusty Bones, Cleric-(Thoryn Silverbeard)/Wizard

Starting in Noah, the team above (plus a level 4 Ranger NPC) barged down the river to The Last Post and are heading overland round the end of the Great Trigon forest.

One river encounter with bandits on the five day trip, no problem for the team. Bjorn, apart from always being last to arrive anywhere, swings a meaty double-handed sword to great effect. Sir Reynold is almost impossible to hit (with his armour off anyway) and they cleaned up in about 4 rounds.

Then uneventful 2 days along the 6 day trail towards the tomb.
