Speed
A
person's speed is a relative number dependent
on their race, DEX, STR, armour and encumbrance. |
Base
value:
Humans, Elves and Half-elves = 12
Gnomes, Dwarfs and Halflings = 9
- Add STR "+
Damage" value
- Subtract armour
absorption
- Take DEX "+
Defence" value and subtract from it the armour absorption.
- If this value
is still positive, add it to Speed. Halve final figure if encumbered.

1:
A halfling
with Dex of 19, Str of 16 wearing chainmail and unemcumbered
